Taylor works as a facilitator for a wide variety of projects under the banner of the council's Digital Transformation Programme
Taylor came to work for B&NES directly after studying three years ago. Since then, she's already moved to a more advanced job role and a better salary. She's had a chance to expand her skill set through shadowing colleagues, and hopes to extend this in her new role, through accredited on-the-job training courses.
She loves flexible working, and splits her time between Keynsham's Civic Centre, which she finds spacious and comfortable, and The Hollies, our office in Midsomer Norton, which is closer to home.
Taylor's role supports council service teams to look to the future, through digital solutions, and she finds this process streamlining really rewarding.
