Cindy works on Planning policy within our Planning Department
Cindy's just started this part-time role with B&NES, but has worked for a number of local authorities within the South West.
She was pleased to find a part-time position, which she can combine with her other job, as a Landscape Planning Officer. She appreciates the working environment in the Planning team, and likes the opportunity to liaise with colleagues across the whole department in her role.
Cindy likes the location of Bath’s Lewis House in Manvers Street, where she’s based. It is close to her home in the Somer Valley; “It takes just seven minutes for me to get to the Park and Ride, and then another nine minutes to get into work each morning, although I do start early – it's a bit longer on the way home.”
