Lynda leads, develops and has overall strategic management responsibility for Emergency Management and Events across the Council.
Lynda joined us in an administrative role and has developed her career over the years, with training, coaching and mentoring support offered to her through the council, to her current senior manager role.
Lynda loves working for for us, particularly when a plan comes together for the greater good of residents and visitors alike, working across council services and with key partner agencies, and she really values the teamwork of supportive colleagues.
Living and working in Bath, and our flexible working environment, ensures Lynda is able to maintain a good work/life balance to ensure good mental well-being.
