Victor manages all waste collection operations and our mixed recycling facility.
Victor manages our waste collection operations. He is grateful for our low-pressure working environment, and finds B&NES to be an outstanding employer in terms of staff care and provisions to promote health and well-being.
Despite living outside of the B&NES area, Victor says his commute is easy and he loves the town centre location of the council's Keynsham offices. He takes advantage of flexible arrangements to get his work done in a shorter space of time, and allow him to deal with any personal commitments later in the day.
